Weddings
If you choose me as your celebrant we will work together to create a ceremony that will fulfill your every wish.
My attention to detail is such that you will be able to relax and enjoy your special day knowing everything has been arranged.
Well before your wedding day we will discuss the various components you want to incorporate into your particular ceremony.
Together we can discuss poems, readings and music you may want to include in the ceremony and we’ll come up with a wonderful finished product.
There are certain legal requirements you must meet before we can arrange a wedding ceremony but don’t worry, I’ll give you all the details at our first meeting.
However the basic requirements are:
- You both must be over 18 years of age.
- I’ll need to see your birth certificates.
- You have to sign a Notice of Intent to Marry (NOIM) form which needs to be lodged at least one calendar month before the big day.
- If either of you have previously been married you will have to produce your Divorce Decree Absolute papers and/or if either of your spouses are deceased, you must produce the Death Certificate.
- If applicable, you must also produce Australian Citizenship papers.
- On the day of your marriage you must have two witnesses over the age of 18.
- Documents must be original or certified copies.
